I thank you both for your valuable opinion. It encourage me to go for it and Just do it! I like the every other day running but, all the training plans I seen call for Tues, Wed & Thurs running. I like having a Mon, Wed, Fri. having a day in between to recoup and bike a little sounds good to me. Is there a benefit of forcing the body 3 days in a row? Again, thank you all for your help.
