Sorry I don't have any tips or anything, I could actually use that same advice. I haven't had a period since before I started training (8 or 9 months ago) and never have had to run any type of long or even medium runs on my period. Now my first marathon is 3 days away and I got it. I really don't know if I should take medicine (Advil or Midol?).... or whether those dehydrate and do more damage. I'm really not sure what to do and I'm sort of panicking so any advice would be appreciated!
