I've committed to run the USMC Marathon in October. The most I've run is 4 miles comfortably. I have to take walk breaks a lot. I got my training schedule and started training. Most I completed was 6 miles before pneumonia! I'm back on track health wise but screwed as far as my schedule. I need to be ready for Oct 28. Any advice as to where to find an updated schedule or how to create one?
