Help me out here gang - which is the "best" protein supplement to use for repairing muscles after training? Right now I'm using Endurox after most of my runs (always after my longer runs), but I'm wondering if I should be using something more than that to make sure I'm giving my muscles enough protein to rebuild. Also, I'm trying to drop as much weight as I can prior to my fall marathon at the end of October (I know, a big surprise given my screen name right?). So, something without a ton of calories would be ideal for me to get the nutrients I need without adding more unwanted weight. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
