With Chicago this close, your long runs are 8 miles? I hate to rain on your parade, but I would seriously consider another marathon, even if you get to the race healthy, I don't see how you can get enough distance and miles in to finish the marathon without high risk of injury. Adding two miles a week to your long run every week would give you 1 20 mile run. Has your coach told you not to do this race and focus on something else, and gave you this schedule as a compromise?
