NOTE: You can use the every other day running schedule previously posted provided that you have already established a very sound 5 mile per run running base in the past two months that you have been training. If you are not well based at 5 miles, you can use the same type of every other day running schedule beginning with 1 mile and building progressively.
I agree with Zeke: Back to back long runs if you have just started training are risky business.
