In order for anyone to answer your question well, it would be helpful to know hat your base run distance is: In other words, if you had 4 runs in a week, and your running log shows that you ran a total of 20 miles for those 4 runs, then your base distance for that week is 5 miles per run obviously. So, if you have been training consistently since June (except for the one week as noted), how many weeks have you been running your last week's base mileage, and what has been your weekly base mileage rate of increase (should not be much more than 10 - 15% weekly increase in your total base mileage particularly if you are a beginning runner.) The answer to your question lies partly in the base mileage.
