Currently I am in training to run my first Marathon on Sep 15 (USAF Marathon). I have been totally on track with my training until this week. But this week has been really difficult. Two weeks ago on my long run day I ran 10 miles (1:22) no problem. Last week I continued my training which ended in a 12 mile run (1:43) on my long day. I also completed this with no problem. But this week I have had probems even finishing 7 miles. I currently train in southern Georgia where the humidity is really high. But last week I trained in North Carolina, because I was on vacation, where the humidity was not as bad. Could there be that much of a difference where on return to Georgia where my body just doesn't feel like it can do more? Or is it my body telling me that it is tired and needs a break. Or have I just hit a mental wall that I need to break through.

Has anybody had any problems like this or do they have any advice? Because this week has really hurt my confidence and motivation.
