Boston Qualifying Revisited

You seem to have a strong desire to run a Boston Qualifier. The fact that you can do a 1:30 Half and 3:20 plus Fulls is an indication that you can hit the 3:15 Full. The reality is that 50 miles a week with an occassional 60 mile week is not enough for you to keep the pace through the final 10K. The solution is to increase your mileage to the extent that you run a 27 miler at easy "form oriented pace" at least once every two weeks with total mileage of 70 - 80 miles a week for about 4 months. This would give you 8 easy 27 milers in 4 months with the other fast work thrown in during your other runs.
