Quick question I am training for my first marathon and i've put my schedule together from a bunch of different schedules and advice from others. However i'm concerned because when I'm 6 weeks away from the marathon my longest run is 20miles would it be ok for my to go (20,22,24,26,28,24,12) Or is that way too much for my long runs before the race? i'm just concerned that if my longest run is only 20 i'm not sure if i will be able to finish the remainder 6.2). Also all ive been doing it light weight training and running and that's it.
