That's fantastic that you knocked 11 minutes off your 2006 Boston particularly considering that Robert C's winning time was 7 seconds slower than his 2006 winning time. The tightness that you mentioned until mile 9 seems to have been a common occurrance with a lot of runners at Boston this year. The running conditions temperature wise were perfect to me (and much better than even 60 and above) ~ but it must have been the pre-race weather that caused a lot of people to just never get entirely loose until well into the run. Congratulations on your major time drop ... the ING Georgia training run probably worked?
