Paula, Paula, Paula. Before you jump on your high horse, you may want to get some facts straight.
I am not sure how it is with other races. so I won't jump to conclusions like others. But in regards to the Indianapolis One America 500 Festival Mini Marathon, it is perfectly LEGAL to TRANSFER ENTRIES to another party. Bib numbers have NOT been assigned to anyone yet. The deadline for transfers is 04/14/07 so that they can assign bib numbers then. Entries and bib numbers are different. You ENTER your information to acquire a BIB number.
There is a $20 transfer fee for the person who is acquiring someone else's entry. People can sell their entry at their choosing.
