I don't know how it is with other races, but with the Indianapolis Mini-Marathon it is perfectly acceptable to TRANSFER entries. NO BIB NUMBERS HAVE BEEN ASSIGNED YET. Please look at the 500 Festival website for this information. The person acquiring the ENTRY pays a $20 transfer fee and pays the person who is getting rid of the entry whatever amount that person is "selling" it for. You might want to get your facts clear before you police the postings and tell on us. If you notice, the postings that I see are for the Mini. Post a reply on the Bulletin Board
