You seem very knowledgable about training and marathoning. Perhaps you can enlighten me about form. Mine is terrible! I have a mirror next to the treadmill and I hate to see my self run! I've had back problems in the past and even one surgery and while my general posture has gotten better - my running form has a lot to be desired.
For example, I am very comfortable with my shoulders slightly forward. When I concentrate and move them back - I get faster with no effort whatsoever. However, I generally can only do this for about 10 miles as when I get tired - it all sort of falls apart! I have pictures of me running along side my husband in my last marathon and I looked like an ad for osteoporosis.
Any suggestions, exercise tips, strength tips, whatever, to get me comfortable in a correct running for would be extremely helpful.
Thanks so much!
