I am interested in all advice. I have a tough weekend coming up so I took the morning for my long run. Its bitter here so I did it on the treadmill. I ran 13 on level 1. I focused on form for the first two miles - no fists. As I mentioned, I have a habit of running with fists. Anyway, what I noticed was - over time, the fists would come back and my arms would come up to0 high. The arms also got tighter to my body and lost that fluid feel. As Zeke recommended, I just shook everything out and started over. Interestingly, I thought that I would have to think about my form the whole 13 miles but I didn't - starting out loose I could feel when my body would start to tighten and I would readjust. It was really great. Thank you all so much. I'm really excited about this!

Runkelly, I will definately try the ab workout. Thanks for sharing it!
