Zeke seems to always have some good additions that enhance discussion themes. The importance of staying loose cannot be stressed enough as it relates to form and running in general.
The great thing about running is that one can get instant gratification right from the start ~~ as well as deferred long term gratification from the improvement that can come over time if one is so inclined to improve. The deferred gratification part of running, like any other venture in life of course, requires work and acquisition of knowledge. Concentration on small details when building a running base may be awkward work at first, but after a while, the awkwardness blends into natural smoothness after a period of work concentration. Stay loose.
