Thanks for the responses. I did do all the PT post surgery. I have no limitations although my orthopeadist hates tennis and warns against it to anyone! My abs are good but not great. I've been working on those and the obliques at the gym. I'm pretty flexible all over. Its hard post baby. Anyway, my problem seems to me to be higher but what do I know? Neck and shoulders is where its most obvious, I should say. The grandma shuffle is exactly what I do. Only it starts really early for me - about 10. Further, I train on the coast and its windy here. Running into a 20 or 30 mile an hour wind only makes it worse!!

There is a trainer at my gym that says I just have to relearn how to run and by that she means I just need to always be conscious about my form but while that seems like a simple solution but its easier said than done. I don't think that she understands the complexity of the problem - I can't focus on my shoulders for 4 hours or I will drive myself nuts!! I need to find my zone and press on - If I'm thinking about anything I lose the zone!

Thanks for your time.
