Me, experienced??? Lol!! :) You and the others you mention can give better advice than I. I am the lucky one. Well... not so lucky lately with my setbacks but I am lucky during races. Let's just hope I get my luck back!! How cold is it where you are, guys? It's brutal here in Central Illinois. I feel better from my cold/flu and I'll try the treadmill tomorrow. I guess this will be a dreadmill-winter so I went ahead and finally got an MP3, to kill the boredom. I don't know... I jusst love the roads. I guess I don't suffer the pounding too much. I haven't had any running-related injury since I switched to all-road running. 5 years ago, I did most of my weekly mileage on the dreadmill and then the long runs outside... I ended up running my first marathon with patellar tendonitis and then I developed ITB that left me inactive for three months! When I recovered, never needed to use the dreadmill again and... felt great. And two years ago I even switched to lighter shoes (DS trainer) for absolutely everything. No injuries!! But well, there's no way I cna run outside with these ridiculous temperatures... I am impressed by you, ladies. So busy... I am busy with school, but I guess I can sneak my runs whenever I want...
