Wow, you are a great resource. I feel a two week taper of strength training is enough. However, I think I will take Yoga once a few days before the marathon because it gets me so loose. I've never gone to a gym before so this is all new to me. Except for team sports, I've only ever been a runner.
You must have either one dandy of a schedule or a very supportive family to manage training and three little ones!
Its 16 outside right now and I'm on my way out for a run - we shall see how far I get!
