I have to agree with the last post. I have had good results with a whey protein powder that I picked up at Whole Foods. It makes it into your system fast and quick protein immediately after you run is the best thing for your muscles to absorb. I buy the individual packets instead of the bulk container. Even though individual packets cost more, they are just too darn easy to throw into my workout bag or suitcase, and when I am done with the run, I can just dump the whole thing in a bottle with water, no measuring, no mess.
