Finally; your last statement is the point! Whether the vitamins etc. improve performance or not, why would you eat a chocolate bar instead of a performance bar? I could give a shit whether the vitamins, minerals etc. etc. improve my running because they probably don't but on the other ingredients alone it's a pretty easy decision. And to compare the two snacks from a price perspective (which was done in an earlier post); give me a break.
