So where do you get these bars at a discount?
Because of past heart problems, I'm on a very low-fat diet (<30 g per day), so even 2.5 g is significant, although not excessive.
Do you eat the energy/nutrition bars because they're handier than, say, a banana and a yogurt? Are they cheaper than a banana and a yogurt?
