I'm trying to decide between the following:
1) Do we appoint a dictator to pick the race, or
2) We put out a general invitation to anyone at Marathonguide.com to join us Grandma's or whatever race and see how many takers we have.
If we do that, how do we "lock in" commitment or do we even want to lock people in?
I'd say if we get 10-15 people to show up the race - I'd consider it a "victory".
