Just wanting to get some input on what people think about increasing a long run 1 mile per week starting with 13 miles up to 27 miles over a period of 15 weeks. Do you think it is to much & that I should do a long run every other week by increasing it by 2 miles. The program is an 18 week program. The 13 to 27 miles is during the build up phase. The Please give me your opinion.
