Hmm. That'd be a bit much for me, personally. But I guess it depends on how much running you are currently doing.
I've found I'm better off on race day when I hover around 20 milers every other week for just 2 or 3 weeks. Any more than that over 20, & I'm mentally burned out by race day. On the other hand, I only average 30-40 miles a week in general. I would guess someone who ran more could handle a training schedule like the one you propose - I don't know.
