1. I run an average of 30 miles a week. 2. I have not completed any marathons, but I plan to eventually complete a marathon if not many. 3. This year (2001)I have completed 14 races. 4. N/A 5. N/A 6. I strength train two days a week. 7. I use free weights and calesthentics about 30% of the time and 70% is machine weights. 8. I cross train cycling and swimming. 9. I spend about two hours a week max cross training in my racing season, and 4 1/2 hours cross training in the winter season. 10. I have had one injury, where I broke my clavicle playing soccer, which caused me to cut back on my mileage. I cut back for abut one month, but I was able to run about a week after the injury occured. 11. I am a male. 12. I am 13 years old.

Extra: From December-February I do winter training, which consists of around 15 miles, two days of strength training, and around 4 1/2 hours of cross training. From March-April I build a base of easy mileage (no speedwork, just long and at a good pace), with some hills added near the end. Then I move into my racing season mostly 5k with a goal of 17:15 for the year. After 4 weeks of training, I cut back mileage for a week, then resume increasing training intensity. Hope this helps.
