Karen,
I live in Morristown and frequently run in the NYRRC events in Central Park. I am working on building up mileage for the Jersey Shore Marathon on 4/28 and am currenlty running a 10 mpm pace. Trying to uncover the speed that was there in years past..I'm not at you 8 min pace yet, but would like the friendly motivation offered by a running partner...
