I have had the same problem with less than 1.5 months before Disney. It being my first marathon I was initially a little worried. My doctor sent me to a chiropractor and, after having to almost crawl to the washroom in the mornings, I was back running after only two days of treatment.

Mind you, we've only been treating the symptoms and not the cause (misalligned hips are causing one leg to be longer, thus the PF) but we will deal with that after the run. He didn't want to fix the hip thing only to cause problems in the knee and ankle as they adjusted (which happens quite a bit with orthotics as well by the way).

I warn you, the sessions can be quite painful (deep massage and accupuncture through the plantar fasciia) but the results are almost immediate.

It may be worth checking out.
