Jenefer - you don't have plantar fasciitis. Here is a list of possibles: 1) lacing impingement (especially if you have a high instep) 2) nerve compression (see #1) 3) stress fracture (but you say it doesn't feel like you prior experience with stress fractures) 4) joint jamming / impingement 5) tendonitis

Get a professional second opinion from a specialist in sportsmedicine of the foot.
