If you feel good running, then continue to do so. My doctor said it was perfectly fine to keep running until it was no longer comfortable. Her two main concerns were hydration and balance (i.e. your center of gravity if off due to the belly). I ran until about 25 weeks, when I figured at that point I could probably walk at the same speed. I ended up "power" walking the remainder of my pregnancy. However, there is a runner in my running group that ran a 6-miler the day before she delivered!
