I've always been told that you should/can continue what you've been doing b4 u got prg. If you've already been running, continue it. I you didn't run b4, don't start. My Dr. told me not to pick up any new activities. I've known many women who've worked out their ENTIRE pregnancy. I even know someone who ran ALL nine months. She was a pretty hard core runner though...but she did that for two pregnancies w/o problem. Do what feels good. If it feels like too much, back off or cut back ur miles. The main key is to listen to ur body.
