I am extremely nervous about the marathon. However, I love challenges! I have a stress fracture in my foot that has been giving me lots of problems. My longest run so far has been 5 miles. But I want to run the Baltimore Marathon, so I have some time (almost a year) to train. I like the suggestions and hints on this board, they are very helpful to me as a newbie.
I'm looking forward to going through this first time together. The support is encouraging. Thanks to everyone!
