Sheldon, there are many different reactions to just having run a marathon.

The "blues" come for me when I run reasonably well and give all that I have to give.

On the other hand, when I run poorly, it is all I can do to make myself take time to recover as I am just itching for another crack at it.

So: run well, and then feel the letdown or run poorly and then you HAVE to make yourself wait for another chance!

THAT ought to cheer you up....:-)

(tick, tock, tick, tock....)
