Is the pain in your abdominal muscles or is it from the incision or deeper? Definately DON'T run through pain... recovery from surgery is waaaaay different than ITB or plantar fasciatis. Maybe Shelley can shed some different light on this subject as she's gone through both c-section and abdominal surgery. C-section recovery sounds different than what you're experiencing. I remember still having pain when I walked two weeks after surgery and my incision being sore at the end of the day. I stopped taking most of my pain medication after about a week so I could feel what was going on. But somewhere between 2 weeks post op and 4 weeks post op it was like someone snapped their fingers and I started to feel healed enough to get back at it- slowly. But a week or two running again and I felt pretty darn good. I'm just so hoping that you will feel good again soon. I know how frustrating it is :(
