That totally stinks! But, it's better to play by the rules than try to run too early and set yourself back. My friend's sister tried to start running 2 weeks after a c-section and busted open her incision. It set her back another 6 weeks. At least you have multiple qualifying races to choose from- a 3:32 will obviously get you one of the best bibs in the second wave, that's awesome! You'll come back stronger than ever...
