i'm training for my first marathon, and am realizing that i need to eat a lot more! i am trying to make sure i get enough protien- i already eat a ton of carbs, no problem there ;-) i used an online calculator which told me that i should be getting about 65g protein/day, but I wonder if it should be more since I am training for a marathon? also, I was wondering if anyone can recommend some good whole food sources of protein, I'm a healthy eater but am always looking for new ideas. also, any favorite protien bars out there? thanks so much!!
