Hi Ladies, I'm training for my first marathon (the UnderArmour Baltimore Marathon on 10/14/06) and I'm loving it! I think about running all the time and I'm always looking forward to my next run. The only problem that I am experiencing is that I feel like I'm losing my butt. I've always had a cute, round, little butt and I think it's deflating! Is this something that happens to runners? I always thought it was the opposite but perhaps I am wrong. I have incorporated some glute and legs strength training into my week but I really feel it in my legs the next day so I'm hesitant to continue doing this. Am I just going to be buttless from now on? Thanks!
