OK, so what chance do you have?
How old are you? What is your current PR? Describe your training. What is your current miles per week (mpw)? How many long runs, of what distance and pace? Do you do anything special, like speed work, hills, cross training, days off, HRM, short-distance racing, interval training with a running club, etc.? Were you a HS or college speedster?
What we really want to know is something that can help us! Do you have any special drill that you do now because you think it will help you crush your current PR?
