You will get a lot of advice on this, but I will give you two cents worth anyway. I'd keep active but rest for the next three weeks and pick up the program where you were 9 weeks prior to your first marathon and continue on until week one...
Of course, you have more experience now and there is no question that your base is there, so I would bring a few adjustments to the program so as to reflect your new objectives. You mentioned wanting to gain speed, so train accordingly by adding speed intervals and hill repeats in your basic program.
