I never feel comfortable going into a marathon until I start doing mile repeat sessions. I always prefer to start them 6 weeks before race day for the next 4 consecutive weeks. Whenever you choose to add them into your own training, you will really gain confidence doing them.On another note, I've also added Yasso 800s the 4 weeks preceeding onset of the mile repeats.
