I too am a triathlete and that sport certainly helps in building good running form. However, 11 weeks before a marathon, I'd forget my triathlon program and concentrate on a marathon program, allowing for cross training when conditions do not allow proper running training.
You will run a better marathon (get get that PR). And when you return to the triathlon you will find that your running will have improved. It's called a win-win situation.
