I agree with the protein philosophy. Here is how I get as much as possible - egg white bagel sandwiches with cheese - tuna melt wraps - chicken, tofu, and broccoli - lentil and pea soup - hot and sour soup (of course, downing a half gallon Ben and Jerry's chunky monkey is much more appetizing)
Seriously, as far as supplements go I like Metrx products. The protein bars taste good and are full of vitamins and proteins. My favorite is the chocolate chip with 24 grams.
