Thanks for the advice! As for the name, I'll just let your imagination run with it. =)

I am really interested in trying to keep my nutritional intake as balanced as possible to allow me to increase my runs while still providing enough protein and the like to promote further muscle growth (or at least prevent muscle loss). I was considering trying supplements between meals, but now I think I will just stick with plain fruit or bread.
