I wish I could shed some light on your condition, but the fact of the matter is I'm in the dark as well. About 3 weeks ago I pushed myself a lot harder than I should have on my long run and I have had the same symptoms. How is the knee now? I have been afraid to run and when I do it is the feeling you described. It is like a small pressure like it is still injured. Well, thought you would like to know your not the only one.
