Ok Tom you've run a 1:22 half.My formula is double your half marathon time and add 10min.I'd say you are in shape for a 2:54.Additionally you probably do most of your training alone so don't get into trouble worring about a pacing group or others race plans.RUN YOUR OWN RACE JUST PUT YOUR HEAD DOWN AND RUN good luck!Ps post your Philly time here?
