Heart rate monitoring

I've been asking for any helpful advice or comments concerning my heart rate. I have begun my training program for my second marathon and I have purchased a Heart Monitor. When I looked to see what my heart rate should be during my training I saw I should be training at 80%-90%, which is 157BPM-177BPM. But I have been training at an average of 192BPM. I began my training as always just now realizing what my heart rate is during my training. Is this bad that I train at that level? I don't feel depleted, I feel good and I can run all my required distances at the same Heart rate zone. Is there a way to get my heart rate down during training without sacrificing the level of intensity?
