3. Shoes I've got shoes with somewhere between 300 and 350 miles on them and only two weeks to go. They still seem okay to me, and I don't think at 138 lbs that I'm two hard on shoes. If I get the same shoes to replace the ones I have and put say 50 or 60 miles on during the next two weeks (I'm a cycling cross trainer), will new shoes help or hinder me during the race?
