I read a few other fellow sufferers below on peroneal tendonitis. I had it to the point where I was almost crying in pain, and then I ran Boston on it (I know, I know, not smart, but you know how it is:) Now it's really a mess. Question: for those of you who have had this, do you try to do exercises to strengthen or will this only delay the healing process? Also, how extensive and in what parts of your ankle/ foot was the swelling?
