I am training for my first marathon, I really appreciate the advice I have gotten over the past few months. I need one more piece of advice....

I have 3 weeks to go before the MCM. My training program was working out really well until I hurt my foot a week ago. After seeing a doctor and getting an x-ray, it seems likely that this is just a sprain, not a stress fracture. Unfortunately, it is where my 3rd toe meets the foot. This has made it difficult to put full pressure when walking and impossible to run. I have done some exercise bike work, and just picked up swimming yesterday.

The problem I am having is in judging how much time on the bike, and how much swimming time is equivalent to the running I was doing.

Hopefully (without rushing it), I will be back running in the next week or so. Any helpful pointers in keeping my endurance up would be appreciated.
