Hi! I don't really know anything about your injury, but as far as swimming goes, I use a "4 for 1" correspondence (that is, 1 mile swimming is *roughly* equivalent to 4 miles of running).
As far as intervals go, I think that 200 yd/m intervals are similar to 800's on the track.
